The Power of Love
The 113th Anniversary Charity Ball – The Power of Love was held at the Hotel del Coronado with all proceeds benefitting the Neuroscience Institute at Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego. Chairman Vicki Eddy hosted a dazzling night of celebration and support as guests dined, danced, and toasted to the elegant tradition of the Charity Ball. First celebrated in 1909, Charity Ball is San Diego’s oldest and grandest philanthropic event. Since 1954, Charity Ball has exclusively benefited Rady Children’s Hospital. This year’s beneficiary is the new Neuroscience Institute, which offers the exciting possibility of changing the future of a child who has a potentially devastating neurological condition.
La 113° edición aniversario del Charity Ball, “The Power of Love”, se llevó a cabo en el Hotel del Coronado, con las recaudaciones logradas a beneficio del Instituto de Neurociencias del Hospital Infantil Rady de San Diego. La anfitriona del evento, Vicki Eddy, organizó una deslumbrante noche de festejos y solidaridad, donde los invitados cenaron, bailaron y festejaron brindando por la elegante tradición del Charity Ball. Realizado por primera vez en 1909, el Charity Ball es el evento filantrópico más importante y antiguo de San Diego. Desde 1954, el Charity Ball, beneficia de manera exclusiva al Hospital Infantil Rady y este año, quien recibe esta ayuda es el Instituto de Neurociencias del Hospital, el cual brinda importantes posibilidades de cambio al futuro de los niños con potenciales condiciones neurológicas devastadoras.
