Roaring ‘20s
The Ladies Guild is a service organization whose mission is to assist in the work of Father Joe’s Villages. It is an all-volunteer group of over 250 women who raise funds solely to benefit children in the care of FJV. They recently hosted a fundraiser complete with a social hour, entertainment, lunch, and a Silent Auction. Annually, Ladies Guild members volunteer 14,000 hours of their time to help those struggling with homelessness.
The Ladies Guild es una organización de servicios cuya misión es la de asistir a la labor que se realiza en Father Joe’s Villages. Un grupo de más de 250 mujeres que ofrecen su tiempo de modo voluntario con el fin de recaudar fondos solamente para los niños bajo la guarda de FJV. Recientemente, llevaron a cabo un evento para recaudar fondos con una hora social, entretenimiento, almuerzo y subasta silenciosa. Anualmente, las Ladies Guild destinan 14,000 de voluntariado para asistir a aquellos que más lo necesitan.
