Grand ole christmas

Menorah Lighting – Celebrate the beginning of Hanukkah with an early evening Menorah Lighting, music and entertainment throughout the event! The event will take place in the Central Promenade at Liberty Station on December 18 next to the Rady Children’s Ice Rink. Rabbi Zalman Carlebach with Chabad Downtown and Rabbi Yossi Tiefenbrun with Chabad of Pacific Beach will be in attendance.

December Nights – The annual tradition is back for 2022! The City of San Diego’s largest free holiday festival in Balboa Park will take place on December 2 and 3 . The family friendly event brings San Diegans together to enjoy the holiday lights, the sounds, the attractions and of course, the amazing variety of food stations.

Starlight Parade – On December 4th the City of Chula Vista will hold a free, family-friendly event to kickoff the holiday season. Children can enjoy rides on Santa’s Holiday Train and great holiday shopping at the Holiday Market. Live musical performances will be on the stage near the historic Third Avenue sign throughout the evening. And the jolly man himself, Santa, will be making an appearance.

Grand Ole’ Christmas – The 66th Annual Christmas parade and holiday festival kicks off at Kline and Girard on December 4th. Spread some holiday cheer with a Christmas parade in downtown La Jolla where you will have the chance to see floats, marching bands, vintage vehicles, Santa Claus and more. Santa’s Village will also feature Santa and a station for children of arts-and-crafts, games, music, and face-painting.
