Celebrating Three Years of the VEBA Resource Center!
California Schools VEBA (VEBA) is a non-profit trust that delivers high quality, affordable and accessible health care for education, municipal and public sector employees in California.
In 2019, VEBA launched the VEBA Resource Center to help VEBA members overcome obstacles and live the best versions of themselves – mind, body, and spirit. In January, the VEBA Resource Center will be celebrating their third anniversary at the Mission Valley location and are pleased to announce that a second Resource Center in Kearny Mesa will be opening in early 2022.
The VEBA Resource Center provides members with access to resources that aid in their mental, emotional, physical and social health. These resources include acupuncture and acupressure, meditation, yoga, group counseling, healthy cooking classes, financial workshops and more! The center provides support and encouragement without judgement. And the best part is, it’s all free to VEBA members!

En el 2019, VEBA inauguró el VEBA Resource Center para ayudar a sus miembros a sortear obstáculos y vivir una mejor versión de sí mismos, en lo mental como en lo espiritual y lo físico. El próximo enero, VEBA Resource Center va a estar festejando su tercer aniversario en las instalaciones de Mission Valley y con mucho orgullo anuncian la apertura de un segundo Resource Center en Kearny Mesa a principios del 2022.
El VEBA Resource Center ofrece a sus miembros el acceso a recursos que los asisten en salud mental, emocional, física y social, contando con acupuntura, acupresión, meditación, yoga, terapia de grupo, clases de cocina, talleres de finanzas y mucho más. El centro brinda asesoramiento y acompañamiento sin emitir juicios, ¡y lo mejor es que todo es gratuito para los miembros de VEBA!
